JONSTAN MOTORS BRAINTREE

At AVS we also service and maintain regular UK vehicles (all makes of European, British and Japanese cars and light trucks and vans) at competitive rates. Since the 1980’s this was carried out under the name of Jonstan Motors, a company formed many years ago (by John Reeve and Stan Francis). One of our current Directors Martin Smith started work for Jonstan Motors over twenty years ago and has decades of experience covering all makes and models of vehicles. His colleague Gavin Biggs joined AVS more recently and brings with him a wealth of experience that also covers all makes of vehicles. Both are also qualified MOT testers.

SERVICING

We carry out both minor and major services to all makes. We use both geniune manufacturer’s parts or offer good branded aftermarket items so that you can choose. Our labour rates are competitive and we offer a loan car facility.

MOT

We can arrange to have your car or light truck MOT’d at our sister company next door to us and can have any repairs needed taken care of before you collect.

REPAIRS AND DIAGNOSTICS

We can carry out diagnosis both mechanical and electronic. We have the latest state of the art diagnostic machines which can read and reset fault codes aiding quick diagnosis of any issues.

SAFETY CHECKS

We can include a full safety check prior to MOT so that your vehicle gets a pass first time. Our checks can cover all items to give you peace of mind including brakes, anti-freeze, battery, exhausts, suspension and wheels and tyres.
